SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND HWSETA honoured Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Programme graduates who were receiving the certificates Worcester, Western Cape. The primary purpose of the graduation was to recognise Community Development Practitioners who passed their Community Development Practice qualification at NQF Level 5 from institutions of higher learning.
