Eastern Cape Social Development Department MEC Bukiwe Fanta officially opened a service point office complex at the remote town of Molteno, outside Komani in the Chris Hani district. The offices will serve Molteno and surrounding areas, whose communities had to travel more than 80kms in the past in order to access social development services.
