The Department of Social Development (DSD) and SASSA are briefing the Portfolio Committee on Social Development in Parliament.
The focus will be on the expiry of the SASSA–Postbank Master Service Agreement (MSA) at the end of September 2025, and the measures in place to guarantee a smooth transition for millions of South Africans who depend on social grants.
This engagement, led by Minister Sisisi Tolashe and Deputy Minister Ganief Hendricks, is key to ensuring that continuity, stability, and dignity remain at the heart of our social protection system.
