Mr Alfa Mahlako, Chief Director of Sustainable Livelihoods at the Department of Social Development, recently participated in a discussion on ILizwi FM. During the conversation, he shared the goals of a roundtable meeting that took place in Cape Town, which was hosted by the Department of Social Development (DSD). The focus of this meeting was to connect beneficiaries of social protection programs with sustainable livelihood opportunities.
